History We have been serving Monticello and adjacent areas since 1985. The company was founded by Judith A. Zook; who still runs the company today. Our main office located in Monticello has eight full time agents, four part-time agents, and one office administrator. Our branch office located in Delphi has two agents working toward meeting Carroll County residence needs. Together we form a united company to better inform our clients of today's active real estate market.

We belong to 2 Multiple Listing Services to serve our clients with the most exposure available in our area. Our office belongs to the Local, State and National Association of Realtors.
Judith Zook serves on many State and National committees. She has been active for many years at this level and was Indiana Association of Realtors President in the year 2000. This enables her to continually be on the cutting edge of real estate issues that effect our job in serving the client.
